(Maryland Home Improvement Commission)

To be eligible for a home improvement contractor and/or salesperson license, applicants

must pass an exam that tests applicants on the laws of selling and performing home 

improvement contracts.

As a requirement, you must pass 39 questions of a 55 -question exam on home 

improvement law and other applicable regulations.

Our company provides the training necessary for you to gain the knowledge you need to 

pass the exam and become a licensed contractor.
